All options are supported by a fully interactive App on your phone or tablet with all your own programmes and workouts accessible.
What does a Personal Training session look like?
Before you start training we will have a consultation to start up and begin a dialogue about what you would like to achieve, discussing medical history any previous experiences and getting an idea of your current level of conditioning (everyone has a different start point), at Consultation we can also conduct assessments to measure your current fitness levels and use a Body Composition Scanning machine to assess your weight, lean body mass and fat tissue measurements (an option for those who are data driven).
Personal Training sessions themselves are 1hr in duration and each sessions exercise and layout match the intentions of achieving the desired results; Sessions can include but are not limited to strength work, cardio, balance and co-ordination, power development, agility, mobility and flexibility.
