Nutrition coaching is about finding what works for you. Diet and Nutrition is not a one size fits all.
Consultations can offer you guidance, support and education to allowing you to be in more control of nutrition, dietary habits and how it correlates to your health and / or performance.
What does a Nutrition Consultation look like?
We give opportunity to discuss what you would like to achieve and allow ourselves to explore any pre disposed habits and behaviours you may have towards nutrition or your own diet. A food frequency questionnaire can help establish what your current day to day diet looks like.
Goal setting is SMART - Specific , Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Bound towards success.
Depending on the individuals own approach to nutrition and considering any specific history / experiences we can utilise Qualitative or Quantitive methods of tracking food and ensure we understand what we are consuming and what each food can provide us with.
Macronutrient understanding of where to source Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins from and the appropriate amounts of each to meet our needs alongside identifying energy balance as the key driver in weight management over time.
Devising a plan that will be adherable and something that is sustainable and builds positive life long habits in order to thrive not just survive.
